2. What data we collect and why
2.1 We collect data you provide to us directly (e.g. name, email address, message content — when you use the contact form or write to us by email) and data collected automatically as you use the website (including IP address, device and browser information, data from cookies).
2.2 We process your data to respond to inquiries and take steps prior to entering into an agreement (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to fulfil legal obligations of the controller (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and for traffic analysis and improvement of the services we provide, based on the controller's legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Cookies and analytics tools
3.1 The wizcode.pl website uses cookies — strictly necessary cookies required for the site to function, and analytics cookies that collect anonymised statistics used to improve user experience.
3.2 Cookies other than strictly necessary are activated only after you give consent in the consent banner provided by Cookiebot. You can change your preferences at any time by reopening the consent panel or by disabling cookies in your browser settings.
