Data collected
From the form: full name, email address, phone number and which material is requested. Providing the data is voluntary; without an email address we cannot send the material or reply.
Together with the enquiry we record the IP address and the time of sending, as well as the source of the visit: campaign parameters from the address, click identifiers from advertising systems, the values of the cookies those systems set, the Google Analytics identifier, the landing page address and the referring page address.
Once consent is given, Google Analytics collects data about the visit.
Purposes and legal bases
Sending the requested material, replying to an enquiry and agreeing terms of cooperation - Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Protecting the form against abuse and establishing, pursuing and defending claims - the legitimate interest of the controller, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Visit statistics and advertising measurement - consent, Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
When we contact you first
We also reach out on our own initiative, by email or phone, to people at companies that may be interested in our services. In that case we process your name, job title, company name, and business email address and phone number.
We obtain this data from publicly available sources, in particular company websites, public registers and professional profiles on online platforms.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest in direct marketing of our own services, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. We keep the data until you object, and if we do not start working together, for no longer than two years from our last contact.
You can object to this processing at any time by replying to our message or writing to [email protected]. Once you object we stop contacting you and keep only your email address, marked as an objection, so that we do not get in touch again.
Retention and recipients
Enquiries are stored for the duration of the matter and then for no longer than three years from the date the enquiry was sent. Data in analytics tools is stored for up to fourteen months.
Data is entrusted to our hosting provider, to the email provider Postmark, to the CRM provider Pipedrive and, once consent is given, to Google. Some of them process data outside the European Economic Area on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses; a copy of the safeguards is available on request.
We do not sell data and do not disclose it to other entities unless required by law.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, and to its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, as well as the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Requests are accepted at [email protected].
Consent to statistics may be withdrawn at any time using "Cookies" in the footer.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, Poland.

Cookies necessary for the website to function are always stored; they hold, among other things, your consent decision.
Analytics and advertising cookies are activated once consent is given. Before that, the website loads the tag manager, which passes Google the IP address and the page address, but stores no cookies and passes on no advertising data.
