1. General provisions

1.1 The website wizcode.pl is operated by Wizcode Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Warsaw (Rondo Ignacego Daszyńskiego 2B, 00-843 Warsaw, Poland), KRS 0001116223, Tax ID (NIP): PL5273120734, REGON: 529153270 (hereinafter: "Wizcode" or "Operator"). Contact: [email protected].

1.2 These Terms are made available free of charge at https://wizcode.pl/terms. The processing of Users' personal data is described in a separate Privacy Policy.

2. Nature of the website and electronic services provided

2.1 The website wizcode.pl is informational — it presents the Operator's service offering, case studies, expert content and contact details.

2.2 Through the website, the Operator provides the following free electronic services: access to content, the ability to contact via form or mail link and booking a free consultation. The website does not enable the conclusion of paid agreements or the purchase of services online.

3. Technical requirements

3.1 Use of the website requires a device with Internet access, a current version of a web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge) with JavaScript enabled, and acceptance of the necessary cookies.

3.2 The Operator endeavours to keep the website continuously available but reserves the right to periodic technical breaks.

4. Acceptable use

4.1 Users undertake to use the website in compliance with the law and good practices, in particular by not introducing unlawful content (Art. 8(3)(2)(b) of the Polish Act on the provision of services by electronic means).

4.2 Users may not use the website in a manner that disrupts its operation, attempt to obtain unauthorised access to the Operator's systems, perform mass automated content extraction (scraping) without the Operator's written consent, or use the website to distribute malicious software. The Operator reserves the right to restrict access for Users violating the above rules.

5. Intellectual property in website content

5.1 All content on the website (text, graphics, logos, layout, code) is the property of the Operator or is used under appropriate licences. Commercial use of website content without the Operator's written consent is prohibited.

5.2 Open-source components published by the Operator in separate repositories (e.g. on GitHub) are subject to the licences specified in those repositories.

6. Complaints

6.1 Any malfunctions of the website can be reported to: [email protected]. Complaints are processed within 14 working days of receipt.

7. Liability

7.1 The Operator is not responsible for the content of external websites linked from the website, nor for damages arising from improper use of the website by the User.

7.2 Informational content published on the website does not constitute legal, financial or technical advice and may not be the sole basis for business decisions.

8. Final provisions

8.1 In matters not regulated by these Terms, Polish law applies, in particular the Act on the provision of services by electronic means and the Civil Code.

8.2 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms for important reasons, in particular changes in law or website functionality. The current version is always published at this address. These Terms apply from 10 May 2026.
