The situation
iBox is an electronics distributor serving retail chains in Poland. Each of the 30+ customers has their own pricing, credit limit and payment terms. The catalog spans over 8,000 products from 5 manufacturers.
Before the project, customers ordered by phone or email. A sales rep retyped each order into the accounting system and answered questions about availability. A customer waited between 30 minutes and an hour for confirmation. Stock and pricing from suppliers came in once a week through Excel.
What the client got
A B2B panel where every customer logs in and:
- Sees their personal pricing with up-to-date availability
- Checks credit limit and current balance
- Places orders 24/7 without contacting a sales rep
- Reorders past purchases with a single click
- Pulls invoices and order history
Sales reps have time for client work instead of retyping orders. Management sees who orders how much, who owes the most, and which categories are growing.
Manufacturer integrations
Each of the 5 manufacturers sends data in its own format and names products its own way. We built a layer that pulls it automatically and feeds it into the client's catalog - daily or in real time, depending on what each supplier exposes.
Catalog normalization
The same product has 3 different colour names and 2 different battery-capacity units across 3 manufacturers. We bring the data to one form, so a customer sees "graphite" whatever the source, and the catalog does not end up with 5 duplicates of the same product.
Pricing and credit logic
The system enforces credit limits and applies the pricing terms assigned to each customer. Every price-list or credit-limit change is logged, so it is clear who changed which terms, when, and why.
What changed for the business
Figures given by the client on 2026-09-10:
- 80% shorter handling time per order
- 17% more orders with the same team and the same customer base
Prices and stock are also refreshed daily instead of weekly, and customers place orders outside office hours. What the customer sees in the panel matches what sits in accounting.
What we left alone
The client's accounting system, payment gateways and marketing site stayed as they were. We added the B2B panel and the integration layer that tie it together for the customer placing the order.

I got a B2B system tailored to the way we work, not the other way round. The team does not fight the tool, and orders move faster.
