How does marketplace delivery work?

A marketplace is a complex business product, not just a technical one. We start with a workshop on the model: who sells (verification, seller categories), who buys (B2B or B2C), how we split commission, how we handle returns and disputes. From this comes the technical plan: what modules, in what order, what payment integrations.
